of repair progress and on line decisions/ approval
support.
Hosted application services for the OEM supporting
authoring, assembling based on effectivity and
distributing digital product support data.
The hosted front end applications include in-house
developed Content Management based on relevant
industry standards, Maintenance Event Planning
with customized fully illustrated work instruction
(job card) production, short term labor resource
scheduling, compliance tracking, service parts
planning including life limited parts.
In addition, we provide integration with back
end ERP systems chosen by our customers, at their
facilities to cover medium/long term planning
for parts/skills/other resources, HR, Finance
