End users: Aircraft leasing companies, financial institutions involved in aircraft leasing, and third-party asset managers
Benefits: The Asset Manager was designed to help stakeholders ensure (1) optimal asset protection and utilization, (2) proactive lease management for greatest lease profitability, (3) greater efficiencies in internal processes, and (4) maximum data availability and integrity.
Main functions: Consisting of six components, the Asset Manager enables users to manage their aircraft, leases, loans, and related documentation as well as company- and customer-specific information. The solution also streamlines the ops data reporting and approval process between lessee and lessor via a Web-based reporting portal. In addition, the system provides forecasting tools for aircraft utilization and financial results, promoting informed decision-making.
Key features: The solution keeps records of the as-delivered configuration of each aircraft—including airframe and avionics, engine life-limited parts, and landing gears—and tracks asset utilization and other key parameters for each tail number, such as monthly hours and cycles, hours-to-cycle ratio, and EGT margin, among others. The solution also helps manage lease financial requirements as well as loan (mortgage) details. |
