Our Services

The aerospace aviation community is used to paying for proven performance. The community also demands sustainable predictable performance over the life cycle of the asset.

asprecise is committed to offering its products and services on commercial terms that reflect the norms for the aerospace/aviation community.

The business model for asprecise is hosted application services. The scope of the services can best be described as develop, deliver and operate.

The services for the development phase are to specify the process integration needs and develop the personalized human computer interface. This provides the input for configuring the functionality contained in the legacy/back end systems already operational at the customer site and the hosted front-end systems supplied by asprecise.

Services associated with the delivery phase cover the activities for migration planning, user acceptance tests and a period of parallel runs.

Services associated with the operational phase cover the hosting of asprecise developed front end services over a secure internet connection or over an extended extranet encompassing in house intranet systems and asprecise network.

MRO Consumers - The Airlines

Service Level 1 : To provide Digital Data Management for automating library functions and distribution of data to the engineering organization over the net, in support of planned routine maintenance.
   
Service Level 2 : To provide Process integration for supporting planned routine and non-routine maintenance in base.
   
Service Level 3 : To provide Process integration for supporting event handling including line maintenance, short term schedule optimizer and commissioning of Maintenance Control Center work-bench.
     
Aerospace OEMs

Service Level 1 : To author, assemble and distribute digital data permitting customization of content from the OEM to its customer.
   
Service Level 2 : To provide services that enable OEMs to aggregate customer originated changes and do the necessary transformations and export to the OEM's in house repository.
   
Service Level 3 : To provide services that permit an OEM to aggregate content from its sub suppliers and incorporate it into the content from the OEM to its customers.
     
Independent Maintenance Providers

Service Level 1 : To provide digital data management and library
   
Service Level 2 : To provide customized task card generation service.
   
Service Level 3 : To provide short-term scheduling and customized visit package generation services


The Pricing Model for Illustrative Purposes
     
  A one time start up fee.
     
  A subscription fee for Level 1 service.
     
  A license fee for Level 2 service.
     
  A "power by the hour" fee for level 3 service.
 
Predictability of costs in the MRO context is a concern addressed by asprecise in its approach to pricing. The service fees are calibrated in Cents Per Available Seat Mile (CASM) or $/Flight Hour.
